JOB OVERVIEW

Location: Remote (Philippines)
Reports to: Managing Director / Head of Sales
Type: Full-Time

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly organised and execution-focused Marketing Operator to support the growth of a fast-scaling 3D visualisation and VR training company.

This role is responsible for turning completed projects into marketing assets, supporting outbound sales, and building automated systems that generate and nurture leads.

You will not be responsible for high-level strategy — but you will be responsible for executing consistently and improving marketing systems over time.

This is a production-focused marketing role with a strong commercial mindset.

Key Responsibilities

1. Case Study Development
- Create written case studies from completed client projects
- Interview internal tea ---------- mbers to gather project insights
- Extract measurable outcomes, client benefits, and commercial impact
- Format case studies for:
- Website
- LinkedIn
- Email campaigns
- Sales decks
- Maintain a structured case study library for sales use

2. LinkedIn Content Production
- Create weekly LinkedIn posts for:
- Company page
- Leadership profiles (ghostwriting support)
- Repurpose case studies into LinkedIn content
- Turn project visuals into engaging short-form posts
- Monitor performance and optimise over time
- Coordinate with sales team to align content with outreach focus

3. Video Clip Creation
- Extract short clips from:
- Render animations
- Walkthroughs
- VR training projects
- Add captions, simple motion graphics, and branding
- Create:
- LinkedIn-ready clips
- Website showcase videos
- Trade show screen loops
- Maintain a content asset library

Experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar is preferred.

4. Email Nurturing & Campaigns
- Build and manage automated email sequences in HubSpot
- Support outbound campaigns with structured follow-ups
- Segment leads by industry and service type
- Track open rates, click-through rates, and conversions
- Continuously improve email performance
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).

5. Retargeting Support
- Coordinate retargeting campaigns with external PPC agency
- Provide creative assets for ad campaigns
- Track performance metrics
- Suggest improvements based on results
- You will not run paid ads directly but will support creative and messaging execution.

6. Trade Show Follow-Up Automation
- Build structured follow-up workflows for trade shows
- Create post-event email sequences
- Coordinate LinkedIn outreach lists
- Track conversion from event lead ? opportunity
- Ensure no leads are lost due to lack of follow-up

Performance Metrics (KPIs)
You will be measured on:
- Case studies produced per quarter
- LinkedIn posting consistency
- Email campaign engagement rates
- Lead engagement from nurture sequences
- Sales team feedback on marketing support
- Contribution to marketing-attributed revenue

Skills & Experience Required

- 3+ years experience in B2B marketing
- Strong written English (professional level)
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
- Basic video editing capability
- Experience creating LinkedIn content
- Strong organisational skills
- Commercial awareness — understands marketing supports sales
