PRODUCTION COORDINATOR
We're hiring an experienced Production Coordinator to manage the behind-the-scenes operations that keep our orders moving. This is a hands-on role that sits at the center of our supplier relationships, order flow, and production quality.
We specialize in custom apparel for college sororities and fraternities across the United States. Greek life organizations operate on tight, event-driven timelines — think Bid Day, recruitment week, formal season, and chapter events — where hundreds to thousands of garments need to be produced, approved, and delivered within strict windows. There is very little room for error, and the pace is unlike most apparel businesses.
This role is only open to candidates currently working or with direct past experience in the Greek apparel industry. If you have not worked with sorority or fraternity clients in a production, operations, or sourcing capacity, please do not apply.
Your day-to-day will include:

Communicating directly with suppliers and overseas factories
Placing, organizing, and tracking orders end-to-end
Sourcing materials and products based on client needs
Reviewing design files before production to ensure accuracy and quality
Organizing and packaging information for suppliers to minimize errors and delays
Coordinating approvals, revisions, timelines, and deadlines
Managing MOQs, lead times, and production limitations across multiple orders simultaneously

This role requires strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple supplier relationships without things slipping through the cracks.
Compensation is based on experience.
