???? Responsibilities
Edit up to 8 short-form (?60 sec) videos per shift
Use Final Cut Pro as your primary editing software
Create engaging cuts with strong hooks in the first 3 seconds
Add captions, motion graphics, sound effects, and music to enhance engagement
Color correct and optimize footage for mobile-first viewing
Format videos according to platform specifications
Collaborate with content creators, producers, and social media managers
Maintain quick turnaround times while preserving high creative quality

? Requirements
Proven experience editing short-form content (TikTok, Reels, Shorts)
Advanced proficiency in Final Cut Pro
Strong understanding of social media trends and audience retention tactics
Ability to work efficiently under daily volume expectations
Excellent sense of pacing, timing, and storytelling
Strong attention to detail
Ability to follow brand guidelines and creative direction
