Short Form CapCut Video Editor + Post Scheduling

Hi, my name is Ryan. I run multiple content-driven brands based in the U.S., including:

• Vintage clothing / retail brand
• Lifestyle & travel short form content

I post consistently on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts and am looking for a reliable video editor who understands modern short-form content and pacing.

I am looking for a Short Form Video Editor who specializes in CapCut (Desktop preferred) and understands social media trends, hooks, and clean subtitles.

This role also includes scheduling and posting approved content to social platforms.

This is a long-term opportunity with room for growth.

???? Responsibilities

• Edit 30–60 second short form videos
• Create engaging hooks (first 1–3 seconds are critical)
• Add captions/subtitles
• Light motion graphics and overlays when needed
• Organize finished video files
• Schedule and upload approved content to Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
• Maintain posting consistency

? Requirements

• Strong experience using CapCut
• Experience editing for TikTok / Reels / Shorts
• Fast-paced editing style (not slow cinematic edits)
• Good English communication
• Reliable internet connection
• Ability to meet 24–48 hour turnaround times

? Bonus Experience (Not Required)

• Real estate content editing
• E-commerce / retail / clothing brand content
• Trend-based edits
• Experience using Meta Business Suite or other scheduling tools

? Work Schedule

Flexible hours, but must overlap partially with CST (Texas time).

Initial hours: Part-time
Opportunity to grow into full-time role.
