Video Editor for Aviation/Disasters YTA Channel

need you to find raw aviation clips and edit them into a compelling 12-15 minute yta video
$25 dollars per video (research + edited)
no longer than 2.5 - 3 hours needed, editing is very basic
need suspense based music at start to build curiosity, with ai voiceover to give context at intro
just find the most intense 10 seconds for the start, keep the rest of the clips as raw as possible and follow fair use rules
