JOB OVERVIEW

We’re Juici, a 7-figure supplement brand obsessed with high-performing content. DTC supplement brand in the UK

We’re looking for a rockstar UGC editor to turn raw iPhone content into scroll-stopping Meta ads that hit hard, make Ai videos, voiceovers, 11 labs,

This is not basic editing.
This is performance editing.

You Are:

A UGC-native editor (NOT a YouTube-style cutter)

Fluent in Reformed-style editing: fast, raw, punchy
(Reference: ---------- )

Experienced using ElevenLabs (British, female, young voice)

Able to mix A-roll + B-roll creatively

Obsessed with retention hooks, pacing, and performance

Constantly studying what’s working in paid ads

AI-Savvy (Very Important)

We want an editor who is:

Up to date with the latest AI workflows

Using AI tools inside their editing process

Comfortable with AI voiceovers, AI visuals, AI enhancement

Able to create AI animation-style videos

Confident integrating AI-generated scenes into UGC ads

Ahead of trends, not behind them

We are actively pushing into AI-powered creatives and want someone who can build with us.

(We can provide reference styles.)

You’ll Be Editing:

30–60 sec Meta ad creatives

Raw UGC talking clips (from creators)

With layered B-roll, stock footage, pop-ups, emojis, captions

AI-enhanced scenes and animations

You Must Be Able To:

Match Reformed-style editing (reformed is a brand)

Add dynamic text + SFX for TikTok-style vibe

Sync VO with visuals for storytelling (scripts provided)

Use AI tools to enhance speed + creativity

Deliver final videos optimized for paid ads performance

Nice to Have:

Experience editing health/supplement brands

Strong instinct for feminine / Gen Z aesthetic

Deep understanding of direct response marketing

How to Apply:

Send:

2–3 UGC ads you’ve edited (ideally Reformed-style)

Any AI-integrated videos you’ve created

Tools you use (editing + AI stack)

Your turnaround time for a 30–60 sec ad
