We are hiring a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to research U.S. county public records and identify potential real estate lending opportunities. This role focuses specifically on searching for Lis Pendens filings related to mortgage foreclosures and analyzing property equity. This is a research position only. No cold calling. No sales.
Responsibilities:
• Search U.S. county Official Records websites
• Filter by document type: Lis Pendens
• Review recent filings (last 30–60 days)
• Identify mortgage foreclosure cases
• Extract borrower name, property address, case number, and filing date
• Access court records to find total amount owed
• Check property appraiser websites for estimated value
• Calculate Loan-to-Value (LTV)
• Enter qualified leads into a structured spreadsheet
What We Are Looking For:
• Strong English reading comprehension
• Comfortable reviewing legal documents and PDFs
• Detail-oriented and accurate with numbers
• Logical thinker who understands equity and LTV
• Experience navigating U.S. public record websites preferred
