Position: Part-Time E-Commerce Virtual Assistant
Work Hours: 3-4 hours per day (Flexible schedule, but tasks must be completed before 4 PM EST)
Location: Remote (Work from home)
Potential: May transition to a full-time role based on performance
Pay: Bi-weekly pay available

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-Commerce Virtual Assistant to help manage daily tasks for our growing eCommerce business. You’ll handle simple but important responsibilities such as product research, store support, community management, and data updates.

The tasks are simple and mostly repetitive (such as product research, basic data entry, or community engagement). You should have basic social media knowledge.

This is a part-time position (3 -4 hours per day) with flexible working hours—ideal for someone who’s organized, self-motivated, and eager to grow into a long-term role.

Main Responsibilities

Conduct product research for new and trending items to add to our eCommerce stores.

Assist in managing and engaging with our Whop group.

Update and maintain Excel/Google Sheets with product and sales data.

Perform other simple administrative or eCommerce-related tasks as needed.

Communicate regularly with the team and report progress as required.

Qualifications

Must have E-Commerce Experience

Amazon

Must have a fast and stable internet connection.

Previous experience as a E-Commerce Virtual Assistant.

Familiar with product research tools and basic online marketplaces (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, Helium 10, etc....).

Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets.

Basic understanding of social media marketing.

Familiarity with community platforms like Discord, Skool, or Whop.

Reliable, organized, and able to meet deadlines.

Good written English and clear communication.
