Graphic Designer and Branding Expert

We are looking to hire a designer for our company, Mint Pest Control. Our company also has a partner company named Mint Marketing, which recruits sales people to sell our pest control services door-to-door. The designer we hire would be responsible for creating graphics and media for both of those brands.

We plan for this to be a long-term position. We intend for you to be an important part of our team, and someone we can enjoy working with for several years to come!

Actual workloads may vary, but you would be expected to be able to commit up to 40hrs per week to our projects. We would essentially be paying monthly to keep you on retainer for any and all of our design needs. You may occasionally need to work EST hours, so that we can communicate our design needs over calls, rather than messaging (especially at first).

We need someone who has broad design skills, and can handle requests for a wide range of media. Examples include yard signs, door hangers, website graphics, social media posts, branded merchandise/clothing, and video editing.

To avoid miscommunication and excess revisions, we will only consider applicants who are completely fluent in English.

Our designer MUST have a deep understanding of branding, and be able to maintain our brand aesthetics and voice across different platforms and types of media.

Applicants with in-depth experience using AI for design projects will receive extra consideration!

These skills are not required, but would be a bonus: website development/management (WordPress), content strategy.
