• Manage and keep Podio organized (our single source of truth)
• Answer inbound calls and convert leads into opportunities
• Consistent follow-up to move deals from “maybe” to “yes”
• Cold call and generate new prospects
• Analyze market data and evaluate deals
• Negotiate with sellers and get contracts signed
• Provide daily pipeline updates to the team
