Acquisition & Dispositions Manager for Florida

We're an investment firm in Florida focused on acquiring both homes and land all over the state. Seeking an experienced acquisition and dispositions manager to work with us full time.

Please read the following for requirements before applying:

* Must have experience working in Florida and know the state and counties well.
* Must have closed a minimum of 50 deals.
* Must know how to underwrite both houses and land.
* Must be very fluent in English and super personable when speaking to sellers or buyers
* If you know creative strategies (ie, Seller Financing, Options, Subject To, etc) your application will be prioritized but not required.
* Must know both acquisitions and dispositions of land and houses well.
* Must be a leader requiring very little oversight
* If you have experience resolving complicated title issues (ie, probate, tax delinquency, preforeclosure, liens etc) your application will be prioritized but not required.

There will be zero to little training-- this is a plug and play position where your expertise will be put to the test from day one. There will be no babysitting or explaining how to underwrite or make offers. Your experience should shine. You will be provided warm leads daily who want to sell. No cold calling.
