About the Role
This is a pure sourcing role.

You will live inside LinkedIn Recruiter and Loxo. Your job is simple and critical:

Identify qualified candidates who have already done the exact work before, engage them, and schedule them directly onto Senior Recruiter calendars.

You are the tip of the spear in every search. If sourcing is slow, messy, or unqualified — the entire search suffers. If sourcing is precise and fast — we win.

This is not a training role. We are looking for experienced sourcers who can produce from day one.

Core Responsibilities

1. Precision Candidate Identification
• Use LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search to identify candidates who exactly match required experience.
• Verify candidates have done the work before — not adjacent, not similar, not ‘could grow into.’
• Map talent from competitor organizations and target companies.
• Deliver qualified shortlists quickly and consistently.
• Maintain clean, structured records in Loxo.

2. Outreach & Qualification
• Send targeted, professional outreach via LinkedIn and email.
• Pre-qualify candidates for required experience, availability, U.S. Central Time alignment, and compensation expectations.
• Book qualified, interested candidates directly onto Senior Recruiter calendars.
• Move quickly — ---------- ntum matters.

3. Speed, Reliability & Execution
• Operate with urgency and discipline.
• Respond quickly to search adjustments and feedback.
• Maintain daily sourcing output goals.
• Keep pipelines organized, updated, and accurate in Loxo.
• Communicate clearly and proactively with the Recruiting Lead.

Non-Negotiables
• 3+ years of hands-on sourcing experience (not just recruiting coordination).
• Deep proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Experience working inside an ATS/CRM (Loxo experience preferred).
• Strong written English.
• Fully aligned with U.S. Central Time working hours.
• Highly reliable and responsive.
• Able to work independently without constant supervision.

• Sourcing turnaround time is fast.
