Location: Remote (Philippines only)
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (U.S. business hours)

About Us:
M Work LLC is a growing U.S.-based collision repair company committed to delivering high-quality repair services and exceptional customer care. As our operations expand, we are looking for a highly experienced Auto Collision Estimator to join our remote team and support our production and insurance coordination processes.

Key Responsibilities:
-Write accurate and complete repair estimates using CCC ONE based on photos, documentation, and repair procedures
-Communicate with insurance companies via phone and email to obtain approvals and resolve estimate inquiries
-Track and update the status of assigned repair orders (ROs) and provide timely updates to customers
-Handle inbound and outbound customer calls related to repair updates, approvals, and coordination
-Submit, review, and manage supplements, ensuring proper documentation and timely approvals
-Follow up on insurance approvals and payments, including supplement balances
-Verify received payments and ensure estimates and parts are matched and locked before production release
-Ensure estimates follow insurance guidelines while maintaining shop profitability
-Coordinate with onsite teams and management through Slack and email
-Complete additional tasks assigned during the workday as needed

Mandatory Requirements:
Applicants must meet all of the following requirements:
-CCC ONE estimating experience (required)
-Previous experience in the auto body / collision repair industry
-Experience handling customer calls in a professional environment
-Mid to advanced level of English speaking skills (clear, confident, and professional communication)

Preferred Qualifications:
-Prior experience working with U.S. insurance claims and collision repair processes
-Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple repair orders
-Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
