Full Time Remote Outbound Land Sales Position

Still looking for a Full time Remote sales position for my Real Estate Company:

This is a full time job that is 8 hours per day Monday-Friday:
- Starting pay is $4/hour + Bonus Structure
- You will be calling land owners on a daily basis, submitting the lead to a CRM, where then I will instantly call the lead.
- Must be able to sit for 8 hours a day on a auto-dialer (I'm using batch dialer)
- If you speak Spanish, that is a huge plus
- Must speak good English and be friendly and outgoing
- Currently have 17 Deals now - so you will NOT be bored, we are offering high $ on these lots and able to close on them fast
