We're looking for a hungry, people-oriented Enrollment Specialist to join Martial Consulting, a fast-growing digital marketing agency that helps martial arts schools across North America fill their classes with new students.

Your job is simple but critical: get leads on the phone, book them into trial classes, and follow up until they show up. You are the voice that turns a cold lead into a student walking through the door. If you love talking to people, thrive on hitting targets, and don't take "no-shows" personally, this role was made for you.

What You'll Be Doing Every Day:

- Call and text new leads within minutes of them coming in
- Follow up with leads who haven't booked a trial class yet
- Call and re-engage no-shows to get them rescheduled
- Use proven call scripts to book trial classes for martial arts schools
- Double-dial leads to maximize contact rates
- Log every call, text, and outcome in our CRM (GoHighLevel)
- Send follow-up text sequences to unresponsive leads
- Track and report your daily call and booking numbers
- Maintain organized records of all lead interactions

Requirements:

- Fluent in English (written and spoken) with a clear, confident phone voice
- Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per day
- Not afraid of rejection or cold-calling
- Experience in sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or lead follow-up is a strong plus
- Quick learner who can follow scripts and adapt on the fly
- Familiar with CRMs and basic tech tools (Google Drive, Slack, Loom)
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for calls
