About Me

I’m a fast-moving small business owner building systems for scale.

I operate in Ecommerce, digital assets, automation, and online business. I am currently developing a new website and internal infrastructure and I want to deeply integrate AI into both my business workflows and parts of my personal productivity stack.

This is not a basic VA role.

This is for a technical systems builder who understands AI automation, APIs, and modern web tools.

The Role

I’m looking for a Vibe Coder / AI Automation Engineer / AI Agent Builder to help:

Assist in building and managing a website using Next.js (frontend) and Supabase (database + backend)

Build and maintain AI agents (OpenAI-based or similar)

Design automation workflows (n8n, ---------- , Zapier, or custom API integrations)

Create intelligent internal tools that manage:

Task workflows

CRM systems

Reporting

Business automation

Personal productivity systems

Connect systems together (APIs, webhooks, databases, scraping tools, etc.)

Think like an operator, not just a coder

You will help design the digital brain of my company.

What I’m Looking For

You are someone who:

Understands Next.js architecture

Has worked with Supabase (auth, database, storage, edge functions)

Has built automation systems using:

n8n

----------

Zapier

or custom Node.js/Python automations

Has experience with:

OpenAI API or similar LLM APIs

AI Agents / prompt chaining / tool calling

Vector databases (bonus)

RAG systems (bonus)

Understands APIs, JSON, webhooks

Can structure data cleanly

Thinks in systems, not tasks

Bonus if you:

Understand ecommerce systems

Have worked with Shopify APIs

Have built dashboards or admin panels

Understand basic DevOps / deployment (Vercel, etc.)

What This Is NOT

Not a basic VA role

Not a “copy-paste from ChatGPT” role

Not someone who only follows instructions without thinking

I need someone who:

Can suggest improvements

Can architect solutions

Can think independently

Is comfortable experimenting with AI

AI agent that reads customer data and generates monthly performance reports

Internal dashboard that connects Supabase data with AI-generated insights

Automated CRM workflows

Personal AI assistant that helps manage my schedule, tasks, and reminders

AI-powered content and email drafting tools

Connecting multiple platforms into one intelligent backend

Work Setup

Part-time or full-time (depending on skill level)

Long-term position

Performance-based increases

Flexible hours but strong accountability

Must overlap at least a few hours daily

Compensation

Based on experience and skill level.
