We are a dynamic fitness and gymnastics studio offering programs for all ages, from toddlers to adults. The studio provides a wide range of classes, including high-energy cardio, dance-inspired workouts, strength training, yoga, specialized kids gymnastics programs and more! The social media marketer will help showcase the studio’s vibrant culture, drive engagement, and grow an online community that reflects its energetic and inclusive spirit

Role Overview:
This multifaceted role combines social media management, content creation, and website design. You will drive traffic, capture leads, nurture relationships, and generate referrals/testimonials to support business growth. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Wix, social media marketing, lead generation, and digital design.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Attract Traffic
•Create and schedule engaging posts for social media (events, camps, promotions, pop-ups)
•Manage daily Instagram and Facebook stories
•Develop and maintain a social media calendar
•Redesign, update, and maintain our Wix website
•Manage SEO-friendly blogs and optimize website content
•Engage with social media comments and monitor audience interactions
•Administer Facebook groups with a focus on lead generation
•Perform competitor and marketing research
•Report on social media and lead generation metrics

2. Capture Leads
•Design and build high-converting marketing funnels
•Create lead magnets and landing pages
•Integrate landing pages with email and other tech tools
•Track and optimize lead generation strategies

3. Nurture Relationships
•Create, write, and send daily emails with compelling subject lines
•Build and manage Facebook pages
•Develop email campaigns and responsive designs for optimal delivery
•Respond to social media inquiries and comments
•Track email marketing performance and reporting

4. Referrals & Testimonials
•Design and manage customer feedback surveys
•Generate testimonials and referrals from clients
•Conduct testimonial outreach and interviews
•Update testimonial pages on the website
•Post testimonials, staff spotlights, and “Jammer of the Month” features on social media
•Create client referral campaigns

Qualifications:
•Proven experience with Wix website design and management
•Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok an asset)
•Experience in email marketing, landing pages, and marketing funnels
•Skilled in graphic design, visual storytelling, and content creation
•Excellent written communication skills
•Ability to track and analyze marketing metrics
•Self-motivated, organized, and creative
