Revyoos is hiring a results-driven Sales Representative (Lead Closer / Outbound Specialist) to help us scale fast in the vacation rental and hospitality SaaS market.
This role is built for someone who lives and breathes outbound B2B sales, executes structured multi-channel prospecting sequences, and consistently converts qualified conversations into recurring revenue (MRR).
You will own deals end-to-end, work with clear targets and KPIs, and be a key driver of Revyoos’ next growth phase as we expand internationally.
You will proactively engage vacation rental property managers and small hotel operators, guide them through the consultative sales process, and convert qualified leads into long-term Revyoos customers.
Experience in the vacation rental, short-term rental, property management software (PMS), or hospitality tech space is a strong plus.

## Key Responsibilities
### Outbound B2B Sales
Own the outbound motion end-to-end by engaging warm and cold leads via phone,
### Lead Management & Follow-Up
Execute disciplined, multi-touch follow-ups to maximize response and meeting rates and ensure no opportunity is missed.
### CRM & Sales Sequences
Use Zoho CRM to manage pipelines, build and optimize sequences, automate follow-ups, and maintain accurate sales data and forecasting.
### Consultative Selling
Understand the challenges vacation rental operators face around reviews, online reputation, direct bookings, and conversion rate. Clearly communicate Revyoos’ value and tailor each conversation to prospect needs.
### Closing & Objection Handling
Handle objections confidently, negotiate pricing, and convert free trials into paying SaaS customers.
### Collaboration & Optimization
Work closely with marketing and leadership to refine ICP targeting, messaging, and outbound performance.
### Sales Metrics
Track pipeline, conversion rates, and MRR generation inside Zoho CRM and continuously optimize outreach strategies.

## Requirements
• Proven experience in outbound B2B SaaS sales, lead conversion, and closing
• Strong expertise in outbound prospecting, sequences, and follow-up systems
• Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM or similar CRM platforms
• Ability to manage high-volume outreach independently
• Fluent, professional English (spoken and written)
• Availability overlapping Europe and US Eastern Time
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Highly self-motivated and target-oriented
