Youtube Video Editor

I’m hiring a full-time YouTube video editor for a long-term role. I will provide the script and voiceover, plus the AI tools needed to generate visuals. Your job is to generate images and video clips using Higgsfield (and other provided tools), assemble the full video, and edit it to be high-retention and engaging.

This is a long-term position for someone who can work fast without sacrificing quality. You will be rewarded for speed + consistency + performance.

What you’ll do (Responsibilities)

Create engaging YouTube videos using my script + voiceover

Generate AI images and AI video clips using Higgsfield (and provided tools)

Edit videos for high retention (strong hook, pacing, pattern interrupts, clean storytelling)

Add subtitles/captions (when needed), sound effects, music, transitions, zooms, b-roll, etc.

Deliver videos in the required format and keep a consistent style across the channel

Communicate clearly and meet deadlines reliably

What I’m looking for (Must-have skills)

Strong AI prompt writing skills (to create great visuals consistently)

Fast editing skills with a high-quality output

Understanding of YouTube retention editing (hooks, pacing, re-engagement, smooth flow)

Great attention to detail (no sloppy cuts, bad audio levels, mismatched visuals, etc.)

Reliable and available for ongoing full-time work
