Supply Chain Manager

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

-Relevant coursework in logistics, inventory management, procurement, operations, or data analysis is an advantage

-Preferably resident of Meycauayan City, Bulacan



Skills & Competencies:
-Basic understanding of supply chain, warehouse, and logistics operations

-Strong organizational and planning skills

-Good analytical and problem-solving abilities

-Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines


Technical & Computer Skills:

-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

-Ability to analyze data and prepare reports

Personal Attributes:

-Strong work ethic and reliability

-Willingness to work in fast-paced or warehouse environments

-Ability to follow procedures and company policies



Core Duties & Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including storage, picking, packing, and dispatch

- Implement inventory control systems (FIFO, LIFO, cycle counts) abd accurate inventory records

- Optimize warehouse layout for efficiency and safety

- Plan and manage inbound and outbound logistics operations

- Manage reverse logistics (returns, damaged goods, recalls)

- Align warehouse and logistics activities with procurement, production, and sales plans

- Forecast demand and plan storage distribution accordingly

- Conduct audits and implement corrective actions

- Lead, train, supervise warehouse and logistics team

- Assign duties and manage workforce scheduling
