We run a growing e-commerce brand and we’re looking for a reliable customer support assistant.
Your job is simple: reply to customer
Main tasks
Reply to customer
Answer questions about shipping, delivery times, product info, etc.
Track orders and share tracking updates
Handle basic issues (wrong item, late delivery, address change, etc.)
Escalate complex cases to the owner when needed
Tools
Shopify (required)
Email
ChatGPT (nice to have)
Workload
Approx. 1 hour per day
Expected volume: 5–20 tickets per day
We prefer daily support (so customers don’t wait)
Requirements
Fluent English (written)
Shopify experience (must-have)
Reliable, consistent, and detail-oriented
Friendly communication style
