Full-Time Video Editor – Podcast & Short-Form Content

About Us
We work with top podcast creators, entrepreneurs, and business owners around the world, helping them grow their audience through compelling video content. We publish anywhere from 1 to 15 clips per day and are looking for a skilled, reliable video editor to join our team long-term.
What You'll Be Doing

Pulling and editing short-form podcast clips for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
Adding accurate, well-styled subtitles and captions
Handling higher-level edits with motion graphics and stronger visual storytelling
Occasionally editing full podcast trailers (~90 seconds)

Edit Volume Expectations

Basic clips: 5–15 per day from a single podcast episode
Medium edits: 3–4 per day
Trailers: 1–2 days per deliverable

Requirements

Proficient in Premiere Pro, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet daily deadlines
Good communication skills in English
Stable internet connection and own equipment
Portfolio or showreel required to apply

Pay: $500–$1,000 USD/month based on experience and output quality
