VA/ Customer Support

I am looking for a person to fit in the position who has a strong customer support background to provide exceptional customer support to our customers. We are still entering the market so the pay that we can offer now is still $4.5/hour but nothing to worry since this will be a temporary pay only (would last for a month or two) and if you will successfully achieve what we are looking for then pay will increase to $5/per hour. (NOTE: Pay will increase according to the skills). This will be a permanent position and I hope to find the perfect fit for the job ASAP. Many thanks!
