Overview

Cold calling is crucial.

We are hiring a driven, commercially minded junior Sales Development Representative to support outbound growth. This is not a passive admin role — we are looking for someone confident on the phone, comfortable with rejection, and motivated by targets.

You will be responsible for cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and building your own prospect lists. The goal is simple: generate qualified meetings and build pipeline.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who wants to grow into a high-performing sales professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound cold calls daily
• Build and research targeted prospect lists
• Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns (connections, follow-ups, nurturing)
• Send personalised cold email sequences
• Qualify prospects and book meetings for senior sales team
• Track activity and pipeline accurately in CRM
• Continuously refine messaging and targeting

Requirements

• 0–2 years experience in sales, lead generation or business development (preferred but not mandatory)
• Confident communicator with strong English skills
• Comfortable making 50–100 outbound touches per day (calls + messages + emails)
• Organised, resilient and target-driven
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn prospecting and CRM systems
• Self-starter with strong work ethic
