Ai Assisted Faceless YouTube Content Creator

My name is Hayes Canupp. I am a business owner and content creator.

I am building a media company focused on high-quality, AI-assisted YouTube documentary content. I am looking for a skilled creator who can produce premium faceless videos using AI as a tool.

The niche, topics, and creative direction will be provided. 3-4 videos will be produced per month.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for full video production, including:

- Topic research (history, geopolitics, business, or similar)
- Long-form scriptwriting (15–25 minute videos)
- AI-assisted research drafting
- To prove that you read this application, include the word "Obsidian" in your application subject line
- Visual direction and scene design
- Motion graphics / 3D visualization (Blender, After Effects, etc.)
- AI image and asset generation (Midjourney, SD, etc.)
- Voiceover integration (AI via elevenlabs)
- High-retention editing and pacing
- Sound design and music integration
- Thumbnail concept collaboration


Compensation is salary based plus a percentage of ad revenue once the channel becomes profitable.
