Cold Caller - NO EXPERIENCE ARE WELCOME

What You'll Do
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients using a provided lead list
• Introduce our products/services and generate interest or appointments
• Handle basic objections with confidence and professionalism
• Log call outcomes and update the CRM after each interaction
• Meet daily and weekly call targets set by your team lead
• Collaborate with the sales team to refine scripts and talking points

Who We're Looking For
• Fresh graduates or career shifters — no cold calling experience required
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English (and/or Filipino)
• Resilient and goal-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
• Comfortable with rejection and able to bounce back quickly
• Basic computer literacy (email, CRM tools, spreadsheets)
• Willing to work on-site or remotely depending on assignment
