Airbnb Cold Caller & Lead Generation Specialist (MUST Have Cold Call Experience)

I am looking for an experienced cold caller who has specifically worked in the Airbnb / short-term rental space.

?? Please do NOT apply if you have only done real estate, insurance, solar, etc. This role requires Airbnb experience.

Requirements:
• Proven experience with Airbnb / short-term rental cold calling
• Experience generating leads (Zillow, ---------- , Facebook Marketplace, etc.)
• Comfortable explaining the Airbnb / corporate lease business model
• Knows how to handle objections about short-term rentals
• Able to properly qualify properties
• Organized and detailed when updating trackers
• Can send professional follow-up emails
• Speaks clear English

Daily Expectations:
• Daily lead generation
• High call volume
• Sending follow-up emails to qualified properties
• Detailed notes in tracker
• End-of-shift report (calls made + number you stopped on)

This is a long-term position for someone serious, disciplined, and consistent. I value structure and results.
