NOC Engineer L2 L3 (Network Engineer) – 24/7 Managed Services

We are seeking a proactive NOC Engineer to join our global "Digital Shield" team. You will be the first line of defense, supervising network health, managing remote devices, and resolving any software-defined issues before they require a physical site visit. You will directly support our 2 NYC-based Field Engineers by triaging issues and providing them with precise "tactical briefs" when on-site intervention is required.

Key Responsibilities:
* 24/7 Monitoring: Provide continuous oversight of Juniper/Cisco hardware, BGP internet links, and wireless Access Points.
* Remote Triage: Resolve 90% of connectivity, Wi-Fi, and software issues remotely using our PSA and RMM toolsets.
* Smart Dispatch: Coordinate with our US-based Field Technicians for high-priority physical hardware failures.
* Provisioning: Utilize the Essensys platform to manage secure VLANs and tenant onboarding.
* Daily Health Sweeps: Perform automated diagnostics on conference room AV systems and report status to local leadership.

Salary in USD 1,000-1,500 depending on skill level plus benefits. Looking for L2.
