We are building a structured, high-quality studio system and are seeking a full-time Remote Studio & Content Coordinator to support daily operations and content production.
This is a long-term opportunity for someone who values precision, reliability, and structured work.
Role Overview
You will become the operational backbone of the studio.
Your role is to ensure systems run smoothly, content is produced consistently, and administration is organised and proactive.
You will not make architectural decisions.
You will support coordination, production, and organisation.
Core Responsibilities
???? Studio Coordination & Scheduling
Manage and maintain calendar
Confirm meetings and send invites
Send reminders to clients and consultants
Track action items and deadlines
Prepare weekly priority overview
Send Friday weekly summary report
Project & Document Management
Organise and rename drawing files
Compile submission packages (PDF formatting)
Maintain project trackers
Follow up consultants for missing information
Upload documents to portals
Maintain structured folder systems
Update CRM / project management software
Financial & Admin Support
Issue invoices (template-based)
Track outstanding payments
Send payment reminders
Maintain revenue tracking spreadsheet
Prepare simple weekly financial summary

Edit 2–3 short-form videos per week
Add clean, minimal subtitles
Maintain professional editing style
Upload and schedule content
Organise media library
Provide simple analytics summary
Suggest clarity improvements to content structure
Editing style must be:
Calm and minimal
Professional (not influencer-style)
No flashy effects
No trend-chasing edits
Working Structure
Full-time position
Flexible hours
Some overlap with Australian Eastern Time (AEST) preferred

Requirements
Strong written and spoken English
Excellent organisational skills
High attention to detail
Experience with:
Video editing (Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.)
Google Drive / file management
Spreadsheets
Calendar management
Reliable high-speed internet
Professional communication style
Comfortable receiving structured feedback
Preferred (not required):
Experience working with architects or professional services
Familiarity with CRM or project management systems
Basic understanding of residential construction terminology
