We are looking for a Cold Email Specialist with a proven track record in building and managing successful cold email campaigns using Instantly.
This role focuses on generating qualified leads and booked discovery calls for our agency’s services.
This is not a sales or calling role. It is purely focused on cold email strategy, execution, and optimisation.

Responsibilities:
Build and manage cold email campaigns using Instantly.
Set up and manage sending domains and inboxes (SPF, DKIM, DMARC configuration).
Research, source, and validate B2B lead lists (U.S. and European business owners).
Identify and target decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, Operations Managers, etc.).
Write and test short, personalized, high-converting email sequences.
Manage inboxes, categorize replies, and track conversions into booked discovery calls.
Monitor deliverability, open rates, reply rates, and booking rates.
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve positive reply and appointment rates.

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
Proven hands-on experience using Instantly.
Strong understanding of email deliverability, domain setup, and warm-up best practices.
Experience sourcing and qualifying B2B leads.
Excellent written English and ability to write concise, high-converting copy.
Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize campaigns based on data.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and performance-driven.

Preferred Experience:
Experience generating appointments for virtual assistant agencies, human resource companies or B2B service companies.
Familiarity with AI tools for personalization.

Compensation:
Fixed monthly base pay (depending on experience)
Performance-based bonus for each qualified discovery call booked
Long-term growth opportunity with potential to advance to Cold Email Operations Manager
