Market Research Assistant (Remote, Ongoing)

We are looking for a detail-oriented assistant to collect customer complaints from public reviews of premium skincare products.

Duration: 1-2 weeks, $ 5-6/hour, 15-20 hours

The task involves reading reviews and extracting exact customer frustrations.
You must not rewrite or summarize — accuracy matters more than speed.

This is ongoing work for the right person.
Shortlisted applicants will be invited to a small paid trial assignment before hiring.
