About the Role

This is a senior, people-first, execution-heavy leadership role.

As Team Manager / Senior Campaign Lead, you will oversee our core campaign execution team of 9 members, made up of both junior and senior tea ---------- mbers.

You are responsible for:
Campaign delivery quality
Team performance and accountability
Client communication and confidence
Day-to-day operational leadership

This is not a passive management role. You are expected to be hands-on, firm, vocal, decisive, and comfortable leading people.

This role will initially involve shadowing and working closely with our current Team Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership and Management
Manage and lead a campaign team of approximately 9 members across multiple countries
Set clear expectations, workflows, and standards for campaign execution
Run internal Zoom calls, standups, reviews, and performance check-ins
Be comfortable micro-managing when needed and letting go when earned
Trust but verify by checking work, spotting issues early, and course-correcting fast
Coach junior tea ---------- mbers and challenge senior tea ---------- mbers
Be comfortable having honest and sometimes difficult conversations in the best interest of the team and clients

Campaign and Client Oversight
Oversee multiple influencer campaigns running concurrently
Step into client calls confidently for updates, escalations, and strategy discussions
Ensure clients feel heard, supported, and confident in our execution
Handle issues calmly but firmly when things go off track
Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Ads teams to align delivery

Communication and Stakeholder Management
Handle heavy daily communication via WhatsApp, Slack, Zoom, and email
Act as a strong bridge between clients and the campaign team
Act as a strong bridge between the campaign team and management
Be comfortable being direct, clear, and sometimes unpopular for the sake of standards

Process and Quality Control
Enforce SOPs, timelines, and reporting standards
Identify inefficiencies and propose better ways of working
Maintain high quality across briefs, creator handling, execution, and reporting

What We Are Looking For

Experience (Non-Negotiable)
Minimum 1 to 2 years in a marketing or digital agency
Experience managing at least 5 tea ---------- mbers
Prior exposure to client servicing and campaign delivery
Influencer marketing experience is a strong plus but not mandatory if agency-trained

Personality and Leadership Traits
Confident, vocal, and decisive
Comfortable leading calls internally and externally
Does not excessively second-guess themselves
High ownership mindset where problems are not pushed upwards
Young, energetic, positive, and able to be firm and direct when required
Enjoys people management, communication, and fast-paced environments

Comfortable working remotely with frequent virtual communication
