YouTube Shorts / TikTok Video Editor (Captions + Stock Footage)

I’m looking for a skilled short-form video editor to create engaging YouTube Shorts, TikToks, and Instagram Reels.

I will provide the voiceover for each video, and sometimes raw video footage as well. Your role will be to turn it into a polished, high-retention short by adding:

Captions and on-screen text

Motion graphics and overlays

Sound effects and engaging pacing

Relevant stock footage when needed

Clean, professional vertical formatting (9:16)

Some videos will be voiceover-only (you provide stock footage), and others will include raw footage that needs polishing.

Experience with Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools is required.
