MACHINE - FACILITIES MAINTENANCE

? Responsible for the installation of electrical supply and set-up of new machines and equipment (Automatic unloader, Robot take out, Mold Temperature Controller, Hopper Dryer and Mold Heater, Transformer )

? Have enough knowledge in repairing damage molds and machines.

? Responsible in Preventive and Predictive Maintenance in Machine and Mold.

? Perform Machine Calibration for standard process production.

? Responsible for new mold to validate parameters of good product.

? Responsible in Engineering Change Notice for new Parameter adjustment.

? Responsible in monitoring smooth flow of production to ensure the high quality of the product.

? Prepares Preventive Maintenance Record for machines and molds.

? Responsible for monthly consumable and Spare parts for purchase

? Responsible for new mold trial especially in Parameter set-up.

? Responsible in doing document for machine like machine history, machine checklist, preventive and predictive maintenance. Machine status.
