Job Summary
Thrive Mental Health Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack & Data Infrastructure
Engineer to lead the development and optimization of our digital healthcare ecosystem.

This hybrid role combines:

You will design, build, and maintain both the technology platforms patients and providers
use and the data pipelines that power clinical, operational, and financial insights.

Key Responsibilities
Full-Stack Development
Front-End
? Build responsive patient and provider interfaces
? Optimize booking, intake, and telehealth workflows
? Improve UI/UX and accessibility compliance
? Ensure mobile optimization and page speed performance

Back-End
? Develop APIs and server-side applications
? Manage authentication and user access systems
? Maintain HIPAA-compliant data storage
? Integrate telehealth, scheduling, and billing systems

Systems & Platform Integration
? Connect EHR/EMR systems to clinic platforms
? Integrate payment processors and insurance verification tools
? Automate onboarding and intake workflows
? Ensure seamless data flow across systems

Data Engineering & Pipelines
? Build ETL/ELT data pipelines
? Aggregate data from:
? EHR systems
? Billing platforms
? CRM tools
? Marketing analytics
? Automate data ingestion and synchronization

Data Warehousing & Reporting
? Design centralized data warehouses
? Structure datasets for analytics
? Support KPI dashboards for leadership
? Track:
? Patient volume
? Revenue cycles
? Assistant productivity
? Provider productivity
? No-show rates

Compliance & Security
? Maintain HIPAA-compliant infrastructure
? Implement encryption and access controls
? Monitor system vulnerabilities
? Conduct routine security updates
Optimization & Automation
? Eliminate manual spreadsheet processes
? Automate recurring operational reports
? Build alerts for billing or scheduling risks
? Improve infrastructure scalability

Requirements
? 4+ years experience in Full-Stack Development and/or Data Engineering
? Proficiency in JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular)
? Back-end development (Node.js, Python, or PHP)
? Database management (SQL & NoSQL)
? ETL pipeline development
? API integrations
? Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
? Data warehousing tools (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift — preferred)
? Healthcare/HIPAA experience (strongly preferred)

Reports directly to:
CEO (or Director of Technology as division expands)
