DM Appointment Setter

Role Overview:
We are hiring a high-performance DM Appointment Setter to fully own outbound lead generation and appointment booking across two growing companies.
This role is responsible for generating high-intent conversations, qualifying prospects, matching them to the correct offer, and booking sales calls with U.S.-based business owners.
This is not an entry-level or task-based VA role.
This is a performance-driven outbound position with clear KPIs and accountability.

Core Responsibilities:
• High-volume DM Outreach (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Lead Qualification & Offer Alignment (Coaching vs Service)
• High-Caliber Cold Calling
• Appointment Booking
• CRM & Pipeline Management (GoHighLevel)
• Daily KPI Tracking & Reporting

Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience booking qualified sales calls
• Experience working with U.S.-based clients
• Strong written English communication
• CRM experience (GoHighLevel preferred)
• Documented proof of outbound performance (KPIs, booked calls, show rates)
• Comfortable operating in a structured, high-accountability environment
