About Us:
Divine Anchored Living provides safe, affordable, faith-anchored shared housing for independent adults 50+ on fixed or limited incomes in Pasco County. Our mission is to provide stability, dignity, and community — and to keep our beds filled while serving with excellence.
We are looking for a highly proactive, strategic Virtual Assistant who thinks like a partner, not just an employee. This role is for someone who brings ideas to the table, takes initiative, and actively helps us grow occupancy while building strong community relationships.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Bed-Filling & Community Outreach (Growth-Focused)
Consistently prospect to keep beds filled and maintain an active waitlist
Call,
Re-entry programs
Treatment centers
Social workers
Case managers
Churches
Nonprofits
Government agencies
Build and maintain a referral partner database
Track outreach efforts and follow-ups
Create monthly outreach strategy plans
Bring creative ideas to expand referral networks
2. Relationship Nurturing & Marketing
Create and send monthly newsletters to:
Referral partners
Community organizations
Support agencies
Draft
Keep Divine Anchored Living top-of-mind in the community
Identify local networking events or partnership opportunities
Help develop simple flyers, digital one-pagers, and resource sheets
3. Operations & Administrative Management
Create and manage spreadsheets for:
Intake tracking
Current residents
Bed availability
Waitlist
Monthly expenses
Rent collection tracking
Track payment statuses and follow up on rent reminders
Maintain organized digital files (leases, agreements, intake forms)
Assist with onboarding new residents (document collection & communication)
Maintain updated resource directories for residents
4. Systems & Strategy
Create and improve SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)
Identify workflow gaps and suggest improvements
Help build automation where possible
Create reporting dashboards (occupancy rate, turnover rate, referral sources)
Monitor trends and suggest pricing or marketing adjustments
