We are a Canadian hospitality company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the business owner with day-to-day operations.
This is a long-term remote position with the opportunity to grow into full-time based on performance, skills, and initiative.

???? Responsibilities
You will assist with:
Email
Scheduling and calendar coordination
Order tracking and production information management
Data entry and data reporting
Billing and invoice preparation
Online communication with clients (as needed)
General administrative support for the owner
This role is primarily backend administrative work with occasional client communication.
???? Required Skills
Business-level English (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized and reliable
Comfortable working independently
Good internet connection and quiet workspace
???? Advantage (Not Required but Preferred)
Microsoft Office
Figma
AI photo editing/annotation tools
Odoo system experience
