The Alchemist's Library is a fast-growing business podcast. We're launching a daily live show in March 2026 and need sharp, reliable video support to match the pace. We also produce content for a health brand with an active YouTube channel and Instagram presence.
We're looking for a full-time Video Editor who can handle high-volume output across both brands without sacrificing quality.
Responsibilities
Edit podcast episodes for YouTube (long-form) and short-form clips for Instagram/TikTok/YouTube Shorts, create engaging thumbnails for YouTube videos, add captions, lower thirds, b-roll, and graphics to enhance watch time and retention, manage a consistent upload-ready pipeline across two brands (podcast + health/wellness)
Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut (please specify which), experience editing talking-head/interview-style video content, ability to cut engaging short-form clips from long-form content, strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and attention to retention, and reliable internet connection and ability to meet daily/weekly deadlines.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience editing for business, finance, or health/wellness content, thumbnail design experience (Canva, Photoshop, or Figma), familiarity with YouTube SEO and content strategy, and experience working within project management tools like
Project Details
Full-time, long-term role (not a one-off gig), remote with flexible schedule (must meet deadlines), paid in USD monthly, and rate negotiable based on experience and portfolio quality.
