AI Growth Specialist – GoHighLevel Expert

ABOUT US
We help small businesses stop losing money from missed calls, poor lead follow-up, and weak staff answering incoming calls, etc.
We install an AI Receptionist system using the Data Super Center CRM which is built on the GoHighLevel platform. Our system answers calls, follows up on missed calls, books appointments, and improves lead conversion.
We are growing and looking for a high-level AI Growth Specialist who can both SELL and BUILD.
This is not entry-level.
This is a performance-based builder role.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Prospect business owners who need better call handling (We conduct weekly training webinars and other events that drive prospects and demos!)
• Identify missed call and follow-up problems
• Run live AI receptionist demos
• Close different levels of monthly subscriptions
• Build and configure their Data Super Center AI Receptionist setup inside the GoHighLevel platform.
• Set up workflows, calendars, pipelines, AI chat, AI voice
• Connect phone numbers and automations
• Manage accounts and ensure retention
You will support growth and setup.

REQUIRED SKILLS
• Strong GoHighLevel experience
• Ability to build workflows from scratch and pre-built snapshots
• Experience with AI chat and voice automation
• Fluent, professional English (This is very, very, very important. I have worked with many talented GHL specialists and the communication barrier has been a major problem. Please do not apply if your English is weak)
• Clear communication on video and phone
• Comfortable speaking with business owners
• Prospecting and closing experience
• Able to work US Central Time hours
If you cannot confidently build inside GHL without supervision, this role is not for you.

COMPENSATION
$40 per activated account
20% monthly recurring commission
Examples:
$99 plan = $19.80 monthly residual
$199 plan = $39.80 monthly residual
Commission is paid after:
• Account remains active 30 days
• Payment clears
• No refund issued
You are building recurring income.
If you build 100 active accounts, you create long-term monthly income.
