Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Virtual Assistant to support our Human Resources department. As a Virtual Assistant in HR, you will play a crucial role in managing administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and providing excellent support to our team.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support: Manage HR-related
Recruitment Assistance: Assist in posting job openings on various platforms.
Screen resumes and applications, and coordinate interviews with candidates. Communicate with applicants and provide necessary information about the recruitment process.
Employee Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including paperwork and orientation schedules. Ensure new employees have access to necessary resources and information.
Employee Relations: Assist in employee communication and engagement initiatives. Handle basic employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate HR personnel. Maintain employee databases and ensure data accuracy.
Compliance and Policies: Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and communicated effectively. Support compliance efforts related to employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role, preferably in HR.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
Understanding of HR practices, policies, and regulations.
High attention to detail and confidentiality.
Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment.
This position is part-time with 10 hours/week allotment with the possibility to increase based on need.
