Social Media Marketing Manager – AI Video Creator YAKWARY

We are YAKWARY, a women’s activewear brand from Switzerland, looking for a Social Media Marketing Manager / AI Video Creator who can produce viral, trend-based content and manage our social media channels.

Your main role:

Search daily for viral and trending videos on social media

Recreate and adapt these trends using YAKWARY branding

Produce high-quality AI videos that are:

Funny

Authentic

Shareable

Addictive to watch


Manage and schedule posts across all platforms


Content style:

Podcast-style videos

CGI / animated content

YAKWARY YAK character

9:16 vertical format

AI voice + subtitles


Social media responsibilities:

Manage accounts on:

TikTok

Instagram


Facebook

YouTube


Twitter/X


Schedule and manage posts using Hootsuite or similar tools

Optimize:

Hashtags

Titles

Descriptions

SEO for each platform


Monitor engagement and basic analytics


Required skills:

Experience with viral social media content

Video editing and montage

Social media management tools (Hootsuite or similar)

Hashtag and SEO optimization


AI tools & platforms (must know or similar):

Google Veo 3 / Flow

ElevenLabs (AI voice)

ChatGPT

Runway / Pika / similar AI video tools

Hailuo AI / Nana Banana Pro

Kling 3.0

CapCut or similar video editing software

Other tools that create realistic, engaging AI videos


Work structure & payment:

Part-time position

Payment per video

Expected output: 1 finished video per day

Daily work includes:

Proposing multiple trending video ideas

Discussing with the YAKWARY team which concept to produce

Producing the selected video
