About the Role
We are looking for a structured and proactive Project Assistant to support our ongoing projects. The ideal candidate has experience working with Jira and Confluence and is comfortable translating content into Dutch when needed.

You will play a key role in keeping projects organized, maintaining documentation, and ensuring smooth communication within the team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and update tasks in Jira

Maintain and organize project documentation in Confluence

Track project progress and follow up on action points

Assist with sprint planning and task coordination

Translate project documentation and communication into Dutch when required

Prepare reports and summaries

Support general administrative and project coordination tasks

Requirements

Strong written and spoken English

Ability to translate content accurately into Dutch

Experience working with Jira and Confluence (required)

Excellent organizational skills

Detail-oriented and reliable

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Previous experience as a Project Assistant or Virtual Assistant is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with international teams

Understanding of Agile/Scru ---------- thodologies

Basic technical understanding of software projects is a plus
