We are building a performance-driven fitness brand and we need a hands-on creative operator who can design daily social media content across all major platforms. This is not a passive creating role. You will design and create the visuals to be posted on all social media daily. HIGH QUALITY work that can compete with the BIGGEST fitness brands in the industry. Core Responsibilities

Content Creation
• Design high-quality static graphics aligned with brand guidelines
• Create quote cards, educational slides, promotional graphics, and campaign visuals
• Format and export platform-specific assets for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Maintain visual consistency across all content

Brand Alignment
• Follow brand voice and positioning
• Maintain premium aesthetic and performance-focused messaging
• Collaborate with leadership on campaigns and launches

Required Skills
• Strong graphic design ability using Canva, Adobe, or similar
• Understanding of social media algorithms and content trends
• Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality
• Organized, deadline-driven, and self-managed
