Affiliate & Creator Sourcing Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated TikTok Shop Affiliate & Creator Sourcing Specialist to help identify and recruit high-performing affiliates and creators through platforms like Kalodata and the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program. In this role, you will research creators based on specific criteria we provide, analyze their engagement and performance metrics, and gather important contact information such as email addresses, phone numbers (when available), and social media handles. You will be responsible for organizing this data into spreadsheets or tracking systems, reporting strong creator opportunities to our team, and supporting outreach efforts to grow our affiliate network. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, skilled at online research, and has a strong understanding of TikTok Shop, influencer marketing, and affiliate-driven sales growth.
