Highly Skilled WP Developer Needed by Australian Firm

Hi there!

We’re an Australian outfit in urgent need of a highly-skilled WordPress developer to work on our current and future projects. This part-time position has a strong possibility of turning full-time once we find the right online professional – one who will stick it with us, and prove that they really would be an asset in the aspect of web development.

Applicants must have the following skills and experiences as indicated:

• Strong & quick ability at setting up new WordPress installations

• Can install a template theme, and common plugins

• Knows how to upload client logo, photos, and content

• Has a clever use of plugins to fulfill client functionality requirements (e.g NextGen, Gravity Forms)

• Knows how to customize the template to suit the clients branding / colours (very important part)

• Must be confident at migrating websites across-servers and with domain name changes

It is also important that you’re willing to go through a paid-trial period so we could test your skills and ability.

We also need our online workers to have great English so we’re on the same page when we give out instructions and hear you out. But for the most part, we need YOU to be great at communication – this means, expressing yourself if you have problems and concerns with the project, providing us daily reports, immediately updating us about anything and everything pertaining to your employment, our processes and all else that matters.

We aren’t so keen on people who do “tripping” on every job opportunity that’s posted here. We aren’t so amused at those who claim to be “experienced” and “skilled” but cannot prove the same. What we’d like is to have honest, reliable, communicative and positive people who know how to earn their keep the right way.
