Creator Outreach Specialist

We are hiring a full-time Creator Outreach Specialist to identify and qualify high-potential social media creators for partnership opportunities.

Your primary responsibility is researching creator profiles, evaluating fit based on defined criteria, and accurately organizing lead data in our internal database. This role requires strong judgment, consistency, and the ability to recognize creator potential beyond surface-level metrics.
This is a performance-driven position with clear expectations and measurable output standards.

Core Responsibilities
• Research and identify potential creator leads, primarily on Instagram
• Evaluate profiles based on predefined criteria (niche, branding, audience engagement, presentation quality, location, etc.)
• Record and organize relevant data (username, profile link, follower count, engagement indicators, notes) in our database
• Follow internal sourcing guidelines and processes
• Consistently meet daily and weekly lead targets

Performance Metrics
• Volume and quality of sourced creators
• Accuracy and organization of submitted data
• Consistency in meeting daily output expectations
• Ability to follow structured processes independently

Requirements
• Proven experience sourcing creators or leads on social media platforms
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Ability to assess profile quality beyond basic hashtag searches or follower count
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Comfortable using spreadsheets or database systems
• Clear written English
• Self-motivated and capable of maintaining productivity across an 8-hour workday

Preferred (Not Required)
• Experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or digital marketing
• Understanding of engagement metrics and audience quality

Work Schedule
