We’re hiring a Paid Media Specialist who can own performance + reporting across platforms.
This is not a virtual assistant role — this is a performance marketing role for someone who understands ad platforms, optimization, and how to turn numbers into clear next steps.
Role Overview
You’ll be responsible for two things:
Own the weekly reporting + insights engine across clients (clean, consistent, decision-ready data)
Support and execute campaign optimization (help scale winners, cut losers, and maintain clean account structure)
You’ll work closely with our media buying and strategy team. Over time, you’ll help strengthen cross-client insights, creative performance tracking, audit prep, and budget pacing systems.
What You Will Do
A) Reporting & Analytics (Core Responsibility)
Pull performance from:
Google Ads
Meta Ads Manager
LinkedIn Campaign Manager
TikTok Ads Manager
Google Analytics (GA4)
Update standardized reporting across all clients 3x per week (Mon/Wed/Fri)
Maintain clean, accurate master sheets and templates
Build and maintain pivot tables and summaries for:
CPA/CPL trends, CTR, CPC, CVR, ROAS
Creative performance and audience performance
Budget pacing by platform
Flag unusual performance shifts and highlight what likely caused them
B) Paid Media Support & Optimization
Assist with building and maintaining campaign structure for clean testing
Prepare data and insights before optimization sessions
Help turn off losers and scale winners using clear rules
Keep ad accounts organized and standardized (naming, budgets, structure)
Support weekly performance updates: spend, leads, CPL/CPA vs target, and next steps
C) Audit & Case Study Preparation
Pull last 60–90 days of structured data for audits and strategy reviews
Maintain “before vs after” performance snapshots for case studies
Organize campaign structure and performance notes for review
D) Creative & Audience Insights (Advanced / Growth Path)
Track top-performing creatives and audiences across accounts
Maintain a creative performance library
Spot repeatable patterns across clients that inform testing strategy
What Success Looks Like
Reporting is clean, consistent, and decision-ready every Mon/Wed/Fri
Media buyers have the numbers and insights they need before optimizations
Performance issues are flagged early (no surprises)
Accounts stay organized — no messy, fragmented structures
Tests are documented, learnings are clear, and next moves are always visible
Requirements
2–3+ years experience working inside paid ad platforms (agency or in-house)
Strong working knowledge of:
Meta Ads Manager + Google Ads (must-have)
LinkedIn Campaign Manager and/or TikTok Ads (strong plus)
GA4 (must-have)
Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills:
Pivot tables (required)
Formulas, data hygiene, structured reporting
Deep understanding of:
CPA/CPL, CPC, CTR, CVR, ROAS
Campaign ? Ad Set/Ad Group ? Ad structure
How to interpret performance signals and trends
Extremely detail-oriented and process-driven
Clear communicator in English (written + spoken)

Looker Studio / Data Studio
Supermetrics or data connectors
UTMs and tracking structure

90-Day Ramp
We’ll train you on our client avatars, offers, and internal systems.
Within 90 days, you should be confidently owning reporting + performance support, with clear weekly insights and strong account hygiene.
