Video Editor

We are looking for an experienced YouTube video editor who understands high-performance, retention-driven editing. You must know how to edit videos that compete in aggressive niches and immediately hook viewers within the first 5 to 15 seconds.

What you must be capable of:
• Editing high-retention YouTube videos (20–25+ minutes)
• Creating strong hooks and eliminating dead space
• Fast pacing with dynamic zooms, punch-ins, and pattern interrupts
• Strategic subtitles for retention
• Adding sound effects and music that increase emotional impact
• Understanding watch time psychology and audience drop-off
• Editing in 16:9 for YouTube
• Matching visuals to emotional beats

You need:
• Proven YouTube editing experience
• A portfolio with real channel examples
• Strong communication skills
• Fast response time
• Openness to feedback and revisions
• Ability to deliver consistently 7 days a week
