JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a Patient Growth & Retention Lead to manage the digital front door of our psychiatric clinic. Your goal is to reach individuals in need of care, simplify their journey to their first appointment, and maintain a supportive relationship with our existing patient base.

The Four Strategic Pillars:

1. Performance Marketing (Acquisition & Ethics)
- Google & Meta Ads: Execute search and social campaigns that prioritize empathy and privacy.
- Policy Navigation: Manage ad accounts with a deep understanding of "Personal Health" advertising restrictions to ensure 100% compliance and zero account flags.
- Optimization: Focus on "High-Intent" keywords (e.g., psychiatrist near me, medication management) to ensure we are appearing when patients need us most.

2. Patient Lifecycle & Retention (Klaviyo/CRM)
- Drip Sequences: Build "New Patient" onboarding flows that reduce "no-show" rates by providing clear information on what to expect during a psychiatric evaluation.
- Educational Content: Curate a monthly newsletter focused on mental health resources, wellness tips, and clinic updates to keep our patient community engaged and supported.

3. Visual Strategy & Patient Experience
- The "Lowered" Visual Standard: You won't need to be a graphic designer. You will use Canva or templates to create clean, soothing, and professional assets.
- Trust-Based Creative: Focus on "Human-Centric" visuals—staff bios, clinic environment photos, and clear, calming typography. No "stock-photo" cliches; just authentic, approachable imagery.
- Landing Pages: Optimize our "Request an Appointment" pages for clarity and ease of use, ensuring a low-friction experience for patients who may be in distress.

4. Reputation & Local Presence
- Google Business Profile: Monitor and optimize our local SEO to ensure we are the top-rated clinic in our area.
- Compassionate Response: Manage patient reviews with extreme care, ensuring all public responses are professional, HIPAA-compliant, and supportive.

Who You Are:
- Experience: Proven competency in digital marketing, preferably within the Healthcare or Wellness space.
- Tech Stack: Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Klaviyo (or similar CRM). Familiarity with Canva for quick asset creation.
- Mindset: You understand that in psychiatry, "conversions" are real people looking for help. You balance data-driven results with a high degree of empathy and ethical responsibility.
